     The big roller turning lathe is a multifunctional new product developed on the basis of a large horizontal flat bed lathe. The connection between the carriage bed and the head and tailstock adopts a separated structure, but all components are simultaneously combined on the lower foundation, which is equipped with pre-embedded T-shaped groove iron inside. 

     The axis of the headboard and tailstock is shifted away from the bed of the trailer, which can effectively reduce the overall center height of the equipment. It is very suitable for the large rotation diameter and high rigidity cutting requirements of cathode roller workpieces. Configure CNC system with fast response speed. 

     The turning main transmission is an automatic two speed continuously variable transmission with two linked control axes. The Z-axis adopts a ball screw pair, AC servo motor and precision reducer, and the X-axis adopts a ball screw pair, AC servo motor and synchronous belt reduction structure to achieve servo movement and semi closed loop control, with good positioning accuracy and repeatability.

     The machine tool is specially designed with a frame type tool holder structure for turning big diameter rollers: the two sides of the tool holder are divided into short stroke and long stroke cutting plates, which are used for turning the shaft head and the large outer circle of the roller, respectively. This can significantly improve the rigidity and efficiency of turning.

     Specially designed high load-bearing headboard and tailstock, both capable of installing four jaw chucks for quick and accurate installation of workpieces.

     The tailstock can be adjusted along the tailstock bed as a whole to adapt to small-scale changes in the length of the workpiece.

     The turning OD could be 3-5m,high speed and high efficient.
